Pastor Keith Carpenter has been the Senior Pastor at KCC since 1987. His messages combine careful Biblical exegesis with humorous insights and
hard-hitting, real life lessons. Keith and his wife Michelle have been married for 30 years and have three children—Kirk, Jeffrey, and Marisa. Pastor Keith is an avid sports fan and has great illustrations linking sports to spiritual truths.

The Southeast King County Coalition Against Trafficking (SEKCAT) invites you to learn more about the sexual exploitation of minors in our area and how to be part of the solution. Speakers will address the vulnerability of our kids and how we can educate them to protect themselves from sex traffickers. 
This forum is particularly oriented to people who are interested in:

  •    Knowing what is happening in our own backyard
  •    Becoming a community advocate for this important endeavor
  •    Becoming part of SEKCAT’s Speakers’ Bureau
  •    Becoming a Presenter of a youth trafficking program in local schools

Job Opening - Asst. Pastor/Director Middle School


Kent Covenant Church, Kent, Washington is seeking to hire a fulltime Assistant Pastor/Director of Student Ministries, Middle School. This person will assist the Pastor of Student Ministries in all aspects of Student Ministries and is primarily responsible for ensuring that the Middle School performs with excellence in supporting the mission of the church.

The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree, preferably theological training or equivalent student ministry experience of 3-4 years.

Candidate must be highly relationship oriented, visionary leader, talented communicator and a skilled administrator. The candidate should evidence a life style which demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active participation in the local Body of Christ of which they are a part. Membership of Kent Covenant Church will be expected.

Job Opening - Financial Accountant


KCC is seeking a church accountant. 

This position will report to the Senior Pastor and be responsible for paying bills,
receipting income, payroll, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, etc.

Requires a detail oriented, self-motivated person capable of meeting deadlines. 
A two-year college degree in accounting or comparable work experience is required,
along with a knowledge of Quickbooks and MS Office. 
The position is 30 hours per week.
